DAY 1: NAIROBI TO ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
Depart from Nairobi at 8.30 am to Aberdare National Park (approximately 3 hrs drive). Navigate through the sublime Kenyan Highlands and arrive at the Aberdare Country Club for a sumptuous lunch. Transfer to The Ark Lodge to check-in and enjoy game viewing. In the afternoon, take pleasure in watching the African Elephant and Birdlife from the comfort of your balcony. Have a dinner treat and overnight stay.
DAY 2: ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Start your day with an early breakfast at the Ark and check out. Proceed to Samburu National Reserve (approximately 3 hrs drive). Arrive for a gourmet lunch at the camp/lodge in Samburu and check in. Head out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Take awe of large herds of elephants and the Northern Kenya species (such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx) until sunset. Return for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE GAME DRIVES
Enjoy an early breakfast and proceed for a morning game drive in the Samburu National Reserve. Delight in the unfolding of the African dawn and capture the memories created in the wild until noon. Return to the camp/lodge for a hot revitalizing lunch and luxuriate in hotel amenities (such as swimming). Later in the afternoon, head out for a “safari” and bask in the African golden sunset. Return for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE TO OLPEJETA CONSERVANCY
Take an early breakfast and check out. Engage in an enroute game drive as you exit Samburu National Reserve. Proceed to Olpejeta conservancy (approximately 3 hrs drive from Samburu) arriving at the camp/lodge for a delicious lunch Revel in afternoon game drives at Olpejeta conservancy until sunset. Return for dinner and overnight.
DAY 5: OLPEJETA CONSERVANCY TO NAIROBI
Have an early breakfast and check out. Enjoy game drives enroute, the perfect glimpses as you exit the conservancy. Return to Nairobi (arriving late in the afternoon).
